Free and Paid Tiers

Veteransition offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid tier upgrades are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Billing

No Refunds for Cancellation

If you cancel mid-period, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of that period. Your access continues until the end of your paid billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Veteransition (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of Veteransition LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

You retain ownership of the data you input into Veteransition (your transition plans, goals, and personal information). You grant Veteransition a non-exclusive license to use this data to provide and improve the Service.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you and Veteransition agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. You must notify us of any dispute by sending a detailed written notice to legal@veteransition.com within 30 days of discovering the dispute.

Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days of the notice, you agree that any and all disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and will be held in a mutually agreed location or, if not agreed, in the District of Columbia. Each party will bear its own costs, with the arbitrator determining who pays the arbitration filing fees.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement, breach of confidentiality, or unauthorized access to our systems.

These Terms of Service and all associated policies are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration agreement herein.
